IEC ghosts candidates, don't interview here! I applied and had a first round interview in July. About a week after that interview, HR contacted me to let me know the hiring process would be on hold for a few weeks. I was encouraged to contact them if I still hadn't heard from them by the end of the month. After the month's end, I reached out, heard nothing. I followed up a week after the first email, this time asking for an updated timeline, and still nothing. It's now over a month past the deadline that HR set; I've sent four separate emails, and I haven't heard a single thing. If the way IEC treats candidates is a reflection of how they treat their employees, I am certainly glad that I am not a part of their team. I do not recommend applying here.
