Image API Production Supervisor interview questions

I worked in production and responded to a posting for production supervisor. The company says it likes to promote from within and it usually does. I was asked a number of questions about my leadership skills and future goals. Even though I worked for the company, I came dressed for an interview with my resume in hand - they liked that. The work culture is excellent.
