HR was standard and pleasant. Actual interview was uncomfortable and unpleasant. The leadership does not follow or practice PM methodologies nor SOWs. I felt judged by two women who feel superior to those below them. Glad I didn’t move to the next step. Thats why you see the job listed constantly, they don’t know what they are doing.

Interview
Submitted application and received invite to talk with recruiter. I was also asked to complete a personality assessment. This was over zoom and went over very basic questions about experience and how I handled conflict. I was told immediately that I would be interviewing with the team and scheduled that interview a few days later. I also had to complete an assessment with a typing test after recruiter call. During the next interview, I spoke with three leads that asked quite a few questions. That interview went well. Scheduled the final interview with two hiring managers. Unfortunately, I fumbled this one but they were kind and seemed supportive. The only issue I had with this process was that I received a rejection email from LinkedIn that everyone who applied also received. After going through multiple rounds of interviews and multiple assessments, it would have been nice to get a more personalized email sent directly to me. Oh well.
