Professional, not overly complicated. Staff and hiring team were polite and had an obvious appreciation and pride in their company and the work they did. Overall, a fairly painless and direct process. Terrific company and friendly employees.
A phone interview followed by an in person interview. All happened within days of applying online. They asked straight forward questions about background, swim experience, and instructor experience. They also did a tour of the facility after.

basic questions about swimming experience and teaching skills. anyone can get a job here as long as you swim. low threshold for good instructors because of this.
the interviewer i had was very nice, but also not very knowledgeable on aquatics instruction
