I applied for the iOS Developer position at Imedia24 and was promptly invited to participate in the initial interview. The first stage of the process was conducted in a friendly and professional manner, providing me a positive impression of the team and work culture. The second stage involved a live coding challenge, which I found to be relevant and insightful for the role. I was able to solve the problems presented and engaged in a robust discussion with the team, responding to the majority of their questions with confidence. While I am thankful for the opportunity to interview with Imedia24, I was disappointed by the lack of communication and feedback following the second interview. It would be beneficial for candidates if Imedia24 could provide insights or reasons behind their decisions, as it would aid in professional development and understanding. Future candidates might find value in such transparency and communication throughout the hiring process.
