Impact Behavioral Health Partners interview questions

There was a brief initial phone interview followed by a group interview by Zoom. The entire team seemed extremely professional, courteous, and clearly passionate about their work and organization culture.

Had a phone screening and then an interview. After the interview, they never emailed or called back with a response. It's pretty disappointing that the organization couldn't send out a simple rejection email. The interview was fairly straightforward, but they asked some questions that were rather strange. Namely, they asked "How competitive are you?" Is competitiveness really one of the most important values of your employees at a non-profit aiming to serve people? Overall had some red flags throughout the interview.
