I was called from Imperial Acquisitions on a Wednesday, in regards to the resume I had posted on career builder. I was very impressed by the speed in which the entire interview process was conducted. It was very professional, and to the point. I was brought in for a second round interview, which was more of a job shadow for a day. This was a great experience in which I got to see exactly what the entry level position had entailed.
On this second round interview, I was fortunately able to see a little bit of how the training process was conducted, as the person I was shadowing was also training. I was amazed at the professionalism of the corporate trainer that I had the pleasure of spending the day with. He was very committed to the success of the trainee. Which leads me to believe that the internal structure of this company is very firm on development. I was very impressed, that being said, I was brought back to the firm to then sit down for a brief third, and final interview. This third interview was more of a recap of the days observations, as well as some test of personality.
This was the end of the interview process, and although I did not get invited back to work at this company, I would highly recommend this. The firm obviously decided to go another route, but it was a great experience, and I was very impressed with the corporate structure. All in all, I would interview again if given the opportunity.
