I had a mixed experience interviewing with Impossible Cloud. The recruiter was very friendly and the initial communication was smooth. The interview itself was pleasant and went beyond the scheduled time, which I took as a sign of genuine interest. The interviewer was knowledgeable and could answer most of my questions, though a few remained open. We agreed to follow up for a second conversation, but unfortunately, I was ghosted afterward with no explanation. That part was disappointing — a short message would have been appreciated, especially after investing time and energy in the process. Transparency matters, and I believe candidates deserve closure, even if the decision is a "no."
