They invited me for an in-person interview at their company HQ, after a brief phone screen. The in-person interview went well. I didn't feel like I "nailed it", but I felt good afterward and was told HR would follow up with me. After not hearing for a couple of weeks, I emailed the HR person back directly. They gave me additional information about the process and promised to be in touch within one week and instructed me to reach out to them if I didn't hear back. 2 months later, 2-3 emails sent on my end, and it's even more apparent I'm being ghosted. While I have no issue being passed over for potentially better candidates (hey, it happens), when a person promises to let you know, I expect them to keep their end of the bargain. I feel better off knowing I wasn't selected, if that's the way the company runs.
