Imprint LED Displays interview questions

I applied online through LinkedIn then I was called for the interview. Their workplace smells really bad for some reason. No technical questions were asked he just wanted to see my portfolio (which he had already seen when I applied on LinkedIn). He said that my projects were pretty basic we do pretty high level stuff so we'd have to teach you that and till that time we will pay you 20k salary per month and then we will take it from there. I didn't get the point of calling me for interview if my work was basic so I declined his offer.
