I applied through other source. I interviewed at Impulsify (Denver, CO) in Jan 2017
Interview
It happened very organically. I met with the CEO of the company and had an authentic conversation about the company's needs and direction. Nothing was contrived. No hoop-jumping. I shared some information and a proposal about how I could help the company achieve its results. It was accepted and I started.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Impulsify (Lakewood, CO) in Oct 2015
Interview
Great! Initial phone interview to see compatibility. In person interview was very low-key and not at all the stressful experience you usually have (at least I have). You could just tell from speaking to the staff that they all completely believe in the company and love the work environment. I was told it is a start-up and what to expect. The whole process was refreshingly honest and I found myself wanting to start that day!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There were a ton of questions but none of them seemed very 'interview-ey'. One that sticks in my head is 'how do you handle stress'? Again, addressing the fact that this is going to be a stressful job and exhibiting concern for (potential) employees.
