I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Fresno, CA) in Feb 2018
Interview
The interview was really easy and lasted around 10 minutes. The manager was very laid back which is way better than having someone who is way to serious. The questions were simple and usually once you answered a question the manager would follow up on your answer. One last thing is, the very first question i got asked was "Why do you want to work here".
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Windcrest, TX)
Interview
The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
I applied online and they asked why I wanted to work at In-N-Out burger (250 character limit), They emailed me a week or two later and set a date for a interview.
