I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Moreno Valley, CA) in Feb 2018
Interview
Applied online. After 1 week, I received a voicemail for an UNKNOWN NUMBER to come into the restaurant and follow up with my application. Went into the restaurant and talked to the assistant manager and was asked if I was ready for a short 15 minute interview. I was not told about that part in the voice mail but I came ready regardless. Very easy interview with the manager followed. He was very easy to talk to and the conversation flowed very naturally. Probably one of the most pleasant interviews I’ve ever had. Was scheduled for another more formal interview with the shift manager of the position I was applying for. There was another post on here for the same position that listed all the questions that I was asked. For the first interview, I felt that the questions varied depending on where the conversation went, but I’ll list a few here to get an idea of what they asked.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Anaheim, CA) in Dec 2020
Interview
I sent an application and received an invitation for a group interview. I then received another interview with the store manager and assistant store manager. After the second interview, I was offered the job.

I applied online. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Torrance, CA) in Dec 2017
Interview
I applied online and process took more thank 2 weeks. The interview went good and great flow of conversation. I answered carefully and always keep my posture good. The interviewer said that there were 71 applicants that he send to all which is way too much for just one position. I prepared for an interview and he said by Friday we call someone in if not I didn’t or anyone. I didn’t receive a callback that no matter how much preparation I’ve done and very enthusiast for this position it’s still no results. I guess landing a job is just pure luck with how much preparation there should be. I also asked questions on the end and still with all these same results.
