I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Tucson, AZ) in Jun 2014
Interview
I applied online and received a phone call 2-3 weeks later. I was given a time to come in to the restaurant. When I came in, I asked one of the associates to let the manager know I was there. I then took a seat and waited. The associate I had talked to earlier came by and told me that sometimes they make you wait. I guess they want to see how dedicated you are. About 20 minutes after the scheduled time, the manager and assistant manager came out. We sat in a booth for the interview, and I was asked pretty standard questions, "Tell me about yourself", etc. They said they needed to hire several employees. I guess by the middle of June all their employees (college kids) have left town and they need new people to work. The managers seemed nice enough.

Question 1
If offered a job, how long do you plan to work here?
The interview process was pretty easy, they wanna make sure you smile and that you can treat customers well. They also look for if you are well groomed and ultimately, if you are someone who can articulate yourself well.

It was pretty good, though they made me wait a bit long. I got in and they asked me about myself and past experiences. They asked about my availability and why would Iw want to work at this company.
