I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Goleta, CA) in Jun 2013
Interview
Come into the store and ask for the manager, taken outside and just asked simple questions for the manager to learn about me. I Was then passed the the assistant manager for a second interview of similar caliber then offered the job. Simple and friendly way for the managers to get to know what type of person you are.
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Windcrest, TX)
Interview
The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
I applied online and they asked why I wanted to work at In-N-Out burger (250 character limit), They emailed me a week or two later and set a date for a interview.
