I was interviewed by the store manager once and then told I would be called back in for a second interview in about a week. They hire like crazy hear because fast food has fairly high turnover. I came back and got a similar interview where I was told on the spot that I got the job.

Describe an experience where you went above and beyond for a customer in a previous job or volunteering position.
It was pretty good, though they made me wait a bit long. I got in and they asked me about myself and past experiences. They asked about my availability and why would Iw want to work at this company.

it was cool honestly... i enjoyed the whole process of it. they usually just ask simple questions and let you share genuinely. i was dissapointed with the follow up process

Interview
In N Out Burger was my first job and my first interview ever. The first interview you met with a manager and were interviewed in a group setting with 4-5 applicants sitting next to you. If chosen, you move on to a final interview with the head of the store or one of the other higher ups.
