I interviewed three separate times with six people: the recruiter in HR for a screening, an HR director, and a panel of four people (consecutively over two-hours!). I was invited to the final interview and was told they had decided to add two more interviews to the process (for a total of nine people, not including the hiring manager). Then I was abruptly disinvited and rejected. The whole process left me feeling like they have trouble making decisions and that decisions go through a huge process for approval.
