Hiring process is incredibly quick. Basically if you could speak to people without sweating you were hired. The meeting/interview itself took less than 30 minutes and then they want you to go to a store with an account manager to see how the job works.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at In-Store Advantage Solutions (Austin, TX) in Mar 2013
Interview
Initially Human Resources (a recruiter) contacted me letting me know they wanted me to come in for an interview. They also asked me some pre-interview questions. They interviewed me twice at different times. They had me come in and explained the company structure and what the job was going to be like. They gave a good idea of what the nature of the job would be.

Question 1
I know it's a typical question they ask during job interviews, but this one caught me off guard. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at In-Store Advantage Solutions (Austin, TX) in Aug 2012
Interview
The person they hired to conduct interviews obviously hated his job, and sounded like he was repeating himself for the one millionth time (spoke extremely fast). He somehow made the job sound interesting and fun, and said they had high-end clientele (DirecTV, Macy's, etc) This company is basically a scam. The receptionist doesn't even know what the company does, outside of her four-line elevator pitch. Would NOT recommend.

They didn't ask me a single question the entire interview
