The company required three rounds during the interview process. A first round, second round, and then something they called trial tasks. These were short challenges I had to complete and submit.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at InGenius Prep
Interview
Managers reached out to me on LinkedIn, so I sent my resume via email and received a reply from the CEO that seems like the automated template the other reviews here mentioned. Email included a recorded video introducing the company and the role, asking for confirmation of interest to move forward. I responded to schedule an interview (related to 2 trial tasks they sent out) with a different manager, who re-scheduled the interview time twice on their calendar system without additional notice or inquiry, each time it was about a day before the interview - which made me feel they did not respect my time. During the meeting the interviewer was yawning and frowning all the time, and did not respond to my follow-up email in which I sent out the trial task answer.
