After submitted my resume, I received a 30-minute phone call invite from HR. After a week or so, they asked me to complete a trial task including 3 questions. I have gone through 2 rounds of interviews. One with the supervisor, and it was mainly focused on skill set. The other one was with the CEO, supervisor, and HR manager. That one lasted about 1 hr, and covered some fit questions and past experience and skill questions.
