Very brief phone screen and was told after telling them all I know on hosting websites that I wasn't a match and was pointed to a pipeline that was a very bad online classroom where everything needed to be exact to get credit. The whole time I did the class I was unaware I was even being evaluated for employment because of the put down I got on the phone screening but if you do make it to the pipeline be aware you may still have a chance at the employment process if you get 90% in the craptastic pipeline course. PS. Have allot of time for the hiring process if you do get sent to pipeline chance are they are stringing you along such as the rude email I got from the training manager specifically saying he gets hundred to do the pipeline course to see if they get the job. Others can compete for the $14 a hour. hope this saves some people.

The interview consisted of a technical test which they gave a study guide in advance. It then consisted of a 3 part interview of customer service, technical knowledge and availability. They said they would let me know within one day and I did not hear anything. Not very professional. I did observe people coming in and going out and they mostly seemed like zombies. I am glad I did not get a call back.
