I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at InVision
Interview
The job postings are vague and do not go into detail, this is likely because it's possible to be placed in multiple areas of the company. One thing that's not mentioned in the postings is working hours, it's a 10am-6pm EST operation with very little flexibility. The interview process was smooth and the rejection was polite. Initial interview was a recruiter screening that asked general questions about background and why you want to work for them. Second interview was a hiring manager, that was concerned with placement and company fit. Third interview was technical and supposedly there are more additional panel interviews if you make it past the initial screening.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at InVision in Apr 2022

I applied online. I interviewed at InVision (New York, NY)
Interview
Recruiter phone screen -> Technical phone screen -> Virtual onsite (5-6 engineers) -> CTO.
The CTO interview was one of the worst experience I ever encountered as an interview. (It was about 4 years ago, hopefully he was toxic enough and gone by now)

I applied for a front-end role. One of the technicals interview was highly focused on JavaScript and advanced pattern concepts. Another interview was focused a lot on designing a whole app from the backend to the front-end.
