I interviewed at InVita Healthcare Technologies (Baltimore, MD)
Interview
Had an initial 30 minute screening with HR. HR was friendly, but did not follow-up so expect to be ghosted if you are not a contender. The interview process described is a an additional two more rounds with a take-home assessment that is reviewed by the interview panel and gives you an opportunity to explain your thought process for choosing your answers. The interview process seemed extreme considering a low base salary of 60k. Mainly behavioral questions were asked.

How would you manage OTP queues alongside marketing notifications?
3 interviews: the Hiring Manager asked general background questions, next the CEO gave me a company overview, and then HR to see if I have questions on the role. Not difficult.
