Applied through online. Getting call from HR for the interview.
Very negative experience through the process. Feel like the interviewer didn't read the resume and straight away arrange for interview session.The interviewer keep telling me you do not process the technical skills set they want.
Please read the resume. If you find the candidate doesn't match your desired skillset, please don't arrange the interviewer.
