Unreliable Hiring Process - Be Cautious!
I cleared all virtual technical rounds with Incedo and was called for an in-office HR round. However, to my surprise, they conducted another technical round in the office, which I found to be average. Despite this, I was selected and later cleared the HR round as well.
The HR team then asked me to take early release from my current employer and provide an early release confirmation email to proceed with the offer. Trusting them, I followed through and shared the required confirmation.
Unfortunately, even after taking the early release, they placed my offer on hold. I reached out to them multiple times, but they kept giving vague and unconvincing reasons for the delay. After 15 days, they completely stopped responding.
This experience caused unnecessary stress and professional instability. My advice to others: Do not resign or take early release based on verbal assurances. Wait until you have a formal offer in hand before making any decisions.
Pros:
Initial technical rounds were well-organized.
Cons:
Lack of communication and transparency post-selection.
Irresponsible behavior regarding job offers.
HR team's unprofessional handling of the process.
Would I recommend Incedo? Only if they improve their hiring process and communication. Until then, proceed with caution!
