Hi there - thanks for your feedback. Since we are currently still in the process of filling the Client Partner position, we feel compelled to clarify some of your points for those who may be reading your review.
Our hiring process is simple and straightforward. There is an initial screening process that is handled by a member of our HR team or a member of the Hiring Team. The next step is a Hiring Manager interview, followed by face-to-face interviews with two additional Client Partner Managers and a final Executive Exercise interview with the Head of Customer Success. Each of these steps is the gateway for the next one and, if after the final interview, we feel like there is a match between the candidate’s background and experience and the needs of this position and are considering an offer, we ask for references. This is the process that you went through and given that you made it through all the steps in less than 3 weeks, this is evidence of the fact that the process is streamlined, effective and clear.
You mention a manager who bailed on the interview. In an effort towards transparency, it was actually a scheduling conflict with that manager that arose and, rather than rescheduling your interview and delaying the process, we wanted to continue to prioritize the candidate experience and therefore asked another member of the hiring team to step in. You would have met this manager at a later point in the process anyway, so you were still meeting with all of the members of the hiring team. We are lucky to have managers who also understand the need to keep the process moving and want to be clear that this manager did not bail on the interview.
Finally, you mention a member of the HR team that you said never spoke to you. I want to clarify that the HR team responded to all of your emails and spoke to you on the phone at least once to make sure your questions were answered.
While it did not work out for you and Incredible Health, we wish you all the best in finding the next step in your career.
