Interview
I went through 3 virtual interviews. First with the CFO, Second with the Controller, and the last interview was with someone running the warehouse and logistics. It was all very professional until the last interview.
It was informal for me, but there are processes being implemented for hiring of new employees as the company continues to grow. The candidate's credentials, unique connection to the mission of the company, and track record will be assessed.
