This was one of the most frustrating interview processes I went through in a year where I interviewed with over 30 companies. The process seemed simple: HR screen, hiring manager call, and final presentation. The HR screen missed our appointment completely at first (red flag #1) and had to reschedule. The hiring manager call was scheduled about a week later and went smoothly. The real issue was the final presentation. It was a massive amount of work and wasn't scheduled for 3 weeks after the assignment, so at least I had spare time to complete it. It involved two separate tasks, one of which was developing and entire campaign concept and strategy. My final interview was rescheduled a few times, ultimately settling on 7 am my time to accommodate international schedules. They told me to expect feedback in 5 business days. That feedback never came, even when I asked. Then I saw the job reposted. Never even got a rejection email. Throughout the interview process, there were several red flags I picked up on that made me question if I'd really want to work there. Both the hiring manager and another person on the final call said various things that made me concerned that they both felt work load was unbearable at times.
