Interview
The process started with one-on-one interviews with prospective manager and VP-level leadership. After clearing that hurdle, I gave an hour-long research presentation and Q&A on my dissertation work to highlight research and presentation skills. I also had informal time with current staff to learn more about the role's day-to-day.
