All setting and politics include in interview. Listen that they fire new employees also no increment for hard worker. Company recently fired about 3000 employees and without any prior notification.
Overall interview process is good.therevare three rounds. One technical,one managerial, and last one is hr.if you can clear the first two rounds then you can easily clear the third round.

It is very good experience and the interview process start with return test which has three questions based on algo and ds (scheduling, sorting, greedy, queues ) and followed by two technical round and a hr discussion

There are tow round and all related to technical question. They are asking related to oracle question also. so i think they are asking depend upon project for going to hire you.
