Indiana Legal Services, Inc. interview questions

There are three interviews: (1) one with an HR generalist; (2) one with the senior attorney, managing attorney, HR director, and deputy director; and (3) a final interview with the executive director. The entire hiring process took approximately 3.5 months; it was ridiculous. Human Resources and hiring managers are fairly non-responsive, and you will have to follow-up routinely to move the hiring process forward.
