It was online and very thorough with multiple people interviewing candidates. There was a senior member of the same position available for discussion and questions as well. They offer job shadowing.

One phone interview followed by two in person interviews. Interviewed with hiring manager, director of department, and a few members of current team. Had to take computer assessment which was on MS Word.
