group interview. where in there were 3 representatives from the company asking panel type questions. Questions were based on maintenance back ground and experience. Hands on tool knowledge and procedural understanding of construction and maintenance operation.

I was actually directed to IHA by a staffing agency, who set everything up. I don't believe that the position was publicly advertised. I was told the day before the time and place. I went in and was interviewed by three representatives of different departments.
