Interview
They didn't inform me that it was going to be a panel interview. Not only that - it was about seven people. It felt like I was in front of a firing squad. One of the interviewers was extremely rude as well.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked questions that were not just hypothetical, like they wanted the person to already have an exact plan in place.
Preliminary questions were first handled via a phone call with human resources.
Then, an in person one on one interview was conducted. It was a straightforward process and was a pleasant experience.

Interview
I was invited to an interview and wasn't told upfront that it was a panel. There were easily eight people asking questions. It felt like an inquisition, and some people were really disrespectful in their reactions to my answers. I knew right away that I wouldn't get the job, which was fine with me based on the way they treated me during the interview.
