      Technical Recruiter Interview

      23 Feb 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Indigo

      Interview

Got an email with a video interview process built in. Took the time to study up, learn the video interview process, and set aside time in my work day to do it. I then proceeded to do a really awkward feeling 45 minute interview with the computer...submitted my answers and after weeks heard absolutely nothing back. If you're going to have a process that takes that much time to learn, and then execute, it might be a good idea to then reject the people afterwards? Or at least reach out in some way? Felt like a huge waste of my time and was insanely disconnected feeling as a candidate. Would never work for Indigo after that experience.
