The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Inditex (London, England) in Dec 2019
Interview
Group interview, many people in a room and asking questions randomly to anyone, not personal at all. They asked questions like why you want to work at ZARA, how much you know about the origin/history of the company, where you see yourself in 5 years career-wise. It was an interview in the Christmas period.

I applied online. I interviewed at Inditex (Athens, Athens, Attica) in Jan 2023
Interview
Its a really easy and nice interview for uni students and they are flexible generally with the timetable. Moreover they dont ask something weird or difficult to answer. So I recommend it as a job for student.

Question 1
Q: How is your timetable? Is it flexible? And how many hours can you work per day or week?
Really easy and friendly. Interviewer was engaged and answered all relevant questions. The job role was outlined well and expectations were true. The role was a maternity cover role but I was never told until 12 month later.
