Firstly my resume was shortlisted and then receive the call from HR for scheduling interview with my line manager.
After scheduling,I visit the company on the scheduled date and had interview with manager and then HR round for salary negotiating and then receive call letter.
Interview with manager was average and ask more about my technical experience like configuration,installation,customer handling?
Then round goes to HR on which he told about salary and organisational structure.
VTC varias etapas, diferentes niveles desde RRHH hasta el director del proyecto en el que se prevé iras. Todo en menos de un mes. Por teléfono, no se habla del sueldo hasta el final.

Comienzan preguntando sobre tu personalidad y habilidades, después sobre tus experiencias laborales previas y finalmente sobre tus conocimientos en especificaciones técnicas de sistemas de defensa electrónica, sistemas SW y HW, comunicaciones y RF.
