The process is fast-forward:
- sent the CV on monday;
- received phone call from HR on tuesday;
- interviews on 2 separate days:
- wednesday(behavioral interview)
- and a technical interview with area leader - more a talk when I could explain about my experience, knowledge, etc. This one on Friday.
- received an offer one week later.

Preguntas técnicas por parte de alguien del equipo técnico. Recursos humanos muy atentos en todo. Rechacé porque la oferta era muy baja. Repetiría la experiencia en el futuro con otra oferta mejor.

We talked about the company, the organisation and culture, what type of projects they do and your likes and dislikes technology-wise. It's a simple process based on personality mainly, of course your performance in the faculty are taking into account.

Recrutador entrou em contato pelo Linkedin, teva a primeira conversa pouco técnica, mas por conhecimento da sua experiência, em seguida teve entrevista técnica com um gerente e um líder técnico, com perguntas basiado em minha experiência, sobre detalhes e como resolveu e tecnologia usava.
