Interview
Had my first interview at Indra Korea office 2 weeks after submitting my resume. The country manager interviewed me and I genuinely enjoyed the interview. Everything seemed to be going smoothly until I couldn't hear back from them for more than 3 weeks, only to realize the position had been put on hold! The worst part is that the company didn't inform me about this issue and I had to find out myself.

Primer contacto telefónico con Recursos Humanos para hacer de forma remota un par de pruebas relacionadas con idioma y conocimiento personal. Contacto con el potencial equipo de trabajo para cuestiones técnicas.
Entrevista donde te preguntan aspectos sencillos de tus estudios y experiencias previas. Te explican los beneficios de la empresa, remuneración, progresión dentro de la empresa, etc. Te informan sobre el departamento en el que vas a trabajar, pero no entran mucho en detalle de tu función

Interview
Luego de la primera entrevista, se llevaron a cabo un test de inglés y uno de personalidad. Posteriormente, se efectuó una entrevista con preguntas técnicas. Una vez realizado esto te comunican rapidamente la respuesta.
