Too long and tedious. They do not ask technical questions. Most questions are about salary and budget and things like that. They are not willing to spend to hire a good candidate. In fact, many of them have little idea about educational qualifications and technicalities of teaching.

Three stage interview with interviews by Head of the department, HR and the school principal. They basically wanted to assess how well I'll fit into the hectic schedule of the school and the workload that comes with it.

Transparent . They enquired about how much we know about new safety techniques and Emergency Escapes. We were also testing on Maintaining sheets and reporting skills, I was happy to know I will get to work with the best so I gave it my all.

The Hiring process is fast and they don't keep you hanging . There is a panel of intervviewers and they make sure you are from a well exposed outlook . They prefer to know if you can step up when required . They expect pro-activeness .
