The interview process was very relaxed. Essentially an informal chat about what is involved, workflows, and what is expected of me as an employee. We met face-to-face at the office and I was given a tour of the technology and processes in the shop. The interview was based heavily around my skill set and if it would fit with the company and it's growth.
