This was back in 2011. I received basic phone screen a few days before the face-to-face. At f2f, met with the HR manager first for a brief conversation about my resume and history. Next met with the VP I would report to; same process (resume overview, typical interview questions, etc.). After a few days, was called in for a second interview. Second interview I met briefly again with the VP who then introduced me to the president who did a cursory review of my general background and skills. Received an offer a few days later and accepted.
