Interview process was fine, but they wanted me to do an entire case study project for free and said it would take about 5 hours. I did it, anyways, but did not share the PPT. I got the job, asked for the formal offer letter, and then never heard from them again. I wasn't too torn up about it, though. The way they talk about their employees was not the kindest. They were described as illiterate, untrustworthy, missing their teeth, etc. It really broke my heart. I also would be a contract employee, not W2, despite being a full time marketer, which made me extremely worried for my financial security.
