classic 3 steps selection process, first introduction call with HR then a technical phone interview with the group manager and finally the face to face meeting where 4 interviewers and 1 HR representative were present.
I was asked to prepare a 20 to 30 min presentation outlining a problem (non functional circuit or bug) I've faced and how I went about solving it.

Interview
I applied online and got an email a few days later saying there is a phone interview. They called on time and asked a few questions. However the interviewer's pronunciation was terrible and I can barely hear what they are talking about. They asked about my resume but showed no interest in what I have done before. They did not ask any behavioural questions at all and said something about their company instead. The inverview ended so fast and I got an email a few days later. So bad I cannot get into the next step of the hiring process.
