Very friendly and an open conversation, just know your personality and work style and you should be okay! It was a good experience for someone like me who hasn’t given many interviews yet.

I had four interviews in total, always with the hiring manager and someone else, which could be a colleague from the team, the head of the department or the HR. In general, they were all kind and made me feel comfortable during the talkings. We talked about my previous experience, why I chose Germany to live/work and why I applied for Infineon. The process took around a month, so I could say it was quick, considering all the phases.
