I recently interviewed at Infineon for the Supply Chain, and it was a positive and smooth experience. The process was well-organized, starting with a phone screening followed by skill-based assessments, each stage designed to evaluate different aspects of my abilities. The interviewers were respectful, engaging, and made me feel comfortable. Communication was excellent, with prompt updates and transparent feedback after each round, which I found very encouraging. Overall, I felt valued throughout the process, and I’d highly recommend Infineon to anyone looking for a professional and well-structured interview experience.

Fast and fun through webex video call. Interviewer shares a lot on the work environment and hiring manager work style. Not really technical questions being asked, but more to experience in the role and some other case study what to do if encountered

This was the best interview/ recruiting experience I ever had.(Milpitas location). The recruiting team was very responsive, professional and friendly. I was impressed that how the process was complete so quickly and efficiently.
