Document Submission: I was asked to provide my educational details, which I promptly submitted. Offer Letter: Notably, there was no formal interview or assignment. I started the internship and, interestingly, received the offer letter after a month of onboarding. This was a unique approach as the offer letter was not provided at the initial stage.
