Interview
I knew the co-founder through a couple of conferences and when I needed a job I tweeted out that I was looking for one. The co-founder tweeted back to come and meet him.
I went to meet him unaware that this would actual act as a personality test / 1:1 interview.
We talked about a lot of things informally with topics ranging from cricket to my preferences of operating systems, what software/hardware I use ...a lot of things.
At the end of the conversation he asked me whether I would like to join the company, and introduced me to the two user experience employees who work currently in the company.
Thats it .. that was my interview at Infinitely beta.
