The interview was very thorough. Beyond confirming that I had the necessary skills, it focused mostly on whether I’d be the right fit for the role and the team overall. It felt less like a technical screening and more like a genuine conversation about alignment, personality, and long-term potential.

Fueron dos entrevistas. Muy agradables y cercanos. Abiertos a preguntas y a entrar en detalle sobre cualquier duda. Ambas fueron de 1h, la primera entrevista en castellano y la segunda en inglés con la planta en Estados Unidos (Acento americano, muy pausado y facilitaba la comprensión en todo momento).

I had my first (there's two stages for this position) interview just over two weeks ago, a couple days before Christmas weekend. I was told I'd hear back before the New Year within a week. Not heard anything back, messaged the interviewer directly to chase up the application but no word (chased up 3 working days ago).
