The interviewers were not very clear on what they wanted sometimes, and they controdicted themsevles. Definitely ask for clarification.

I never got to have an interview. In fact, the person who I was reaching out to found me annoying because i just wanted to know what the other person's phone number was so i can contact her. When I spoke to her, she marked me for a 5:30PM interview, knowing that I had to go back to work. She wasn't answering her phone when it was past the time to interview which was about 15 minutes. She was annoyed because she was speaking to an executive, but why have an interview and an executive meet up at the same time? I'm glad I didn't get into this company because that showed they wouldn't have valued me.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Inflection in Jan 2022
Interview
One day after applying for this role, I received an email to schedule a phone interview. I scheduled it for the next day. At the last minute, the recruiter emailed me to cancel and advised to reschedule for next week. However, I saw time on her calendar for the rest of the week. I rescheduled and spoke with her briefly to discuss my qualifications and learn more about the role. She was nice, but didn’t seem to be in the loop as talent partner. I was advised she will call me either way to let me know if the Customer Care Manager is interested in moving forward. A week passed and radio silence. I sent a follow up email and the recruiter stated she was meeting with the Hiring Manager(s) on Wednesday. The week concluded and still nothing. I sent another follow up email and this time received no response. I’m unsure as to where the disconnect came from because I thought everything went well and the position is still posted. I was respectful of their time and would have appreciated the same courtesy.
